If the footwear is made of leather, it’s common for it to have wrinkles or folds as this is a natural part of the leather and not a manufacturing defect. Additionally, wear caused by normal use or friction is also not considered a manufacturing defect.

Recommendations

Insoles should be removed from the shoes daily to air them out. Additionally, it’s advisable to wear a different pair of shoes each day.

Do not wash in the washing machine. Hot water and detergents will cause it to shrink, distort, delaminate, weaken seams, and lose color. Clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Remove dust, mud, salt, etc., immediately after soiling to prevent them from drying.
