Eligible participants
Final consumers aged 18 or over may participate. Wholesalers, resellers and purchases made for commercial purposes are excluded.
Participating articles
- The promotion applies to the second pair of shoes of the selected items, which will be charged at 1 €(tax incl.).
- To benefit from the promotion, you must add to your cart any footwear from the catalog (except excluded) and a second pair of the selected items, which will be the one that will be applied at 1 €.
- Excluded from the promotion: socks, insoles, cleaning products, clearance items, discounted items, gift cards, vouchers and services.
Price, stock and shipping costs
The discounted pair is fixed at 1 € (tax incl.), regardless of the retail price of the product at the time of purchase.
The promotion is subject to stock availability by brand, model and size.
Shipping and return costs apply in accordance with the general policies published on calzadobarefoot.com and are not modified by this promotion, unless expressly indicated.
Returns and exchanges
If both pairs purchased in the promotion are returned, the full amount paid will be refunded in accordance with the current return policy.
If only the bonus pair (1 €) is returned, this amount (1 €) will be refunded.
If only the non-bonused pair is returned, the remaining pair will be returned at its original RRP, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
In case of out of stock or cancellation of one of the pairs of the promotional set, calzadobarefoot.com may recalculate or cancel the promotion if the conditions are not met (two pairs participating in the same order).
Improper or fraudulent use
calzadobarefoot.com reserves the right to cancel orders that breach these terms or involve abusive use of the promotion (multiple accounts, automation, resale or any fraudulent conduct). In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded without applying the promotional benefit.
Amendments and cancellation
calzadobarefoot.com may amend or cancel the promotion at any time for justified reasons (manifest error, force majeure, stock unavailability or technical issues), while guaranteeing consumers’ rights in respect of purchases already correctly completed.
Tax
The prices indicated in this promotion include VAT. The reduction to 1 € is considered a direct commercial discount and does not constitute a prize, contest or sweepstakes.
