You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your items to make a return.
To start a return, you must do so through our returns portal: RETURNS PORTAL.
All payments received will be refunded, including the initial shipping costs (if applicable) Only the return shipping costs will be deducted.
No return will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (the product must be sent within 14 days).
The product must arrive in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with their labels, without repairs) in its original packaging, also must be returned in a way that they are protected. If a return is received without protection (bag or box) with the Correos label directly stuck on it, the return will not be accepted.
