Prices

Orders placed from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, may be subject to customs charges upon arrival of the shipment at destination. Points program
Calzado Barefoot offers a points program for registered customers. A user account is required to accumulate and redeem points (can be created at any time, even during the purchase).
Conditions for accumulation of points
- Points are assigned once the order is shown as completed.
- They are valid for all products at full price, including VAT.
- They do not generate points:
- Shipping costs.
- Discounted products or products in discount campaigns.
- Purchases on which a coupon or points have been used.
- Points are automatically accumulated in the Client Area.
Validity and use of points
- Points are valid for 6 months from the date they are assigned.

Adjustments in case of returns

Terms and conditions of shipment
Deliveries will be made to the address indicated in the order, by the chosen shipping method, and within the indicated delivery time. An order is considered delivered at the moment the package is handed over by the carrier and signed for as received.
The customer shall inspect the products within 24 hours after delivery and, in case of any defect in the products or in case of any other incident related to the delivery, shall notify it in the most detailed way possible, to the e-mail address info@calzadobarefoot.com.
In the case of possible delivery problems, you should contact us through our e-mail info@calzadobarefoot.com. You will have to explain the problem in the shipment, always indicating the order number.
If no notification is given by the customer, it shall be assumed that the products are in accordance with the contract and free from any defects, and consequently, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted the products.
The customer shall refuse packages that are delivered damaged or that show signs of having been damaged during transport. In no case Calzado Barefoot will take charge of a package that is damaged in any way and has been accepted by the customer.
Calzado Barefoot will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product does not take place because the shipping information provided is inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company.
Under no circumstances, Calzado Barefoot shall be under any obligation to financially compensate the customer for delays in delivery of all or part of the products for any reason whatsoever.
Warranty and defects policy
Calzado Barefoot informs the Customer of the existence of a legal guarantee (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) on the products we sell through this website, in the terms legally established for each type of product, responding, therefore, for the lack of conformity of the same that is manifested within a period of two years from the delivery of the product taking into account the nature of the marketed good and reporting the lack of conformity within two months after he became aware of it. In this sense, if any of the products are not in conformity with the contract, you must bring it to our attention.
Any improper use or wear and tear of the footwear, as well as manipulation and breakage, caused directly by the user and/or end consumer of the product, will be excluded from the warranty.
Any minor imperfection that does not affect the structural integrity of the footwear will not be considered a manufacturing defect or a product in poor condition.
In case of defective product, we will proceed to the replacement, price reduction or issuance of coupon for the amount corresponding to the price, as appropriate. The replacement with an identical product (if possible) will be free of charge for the customer and must be carried out within a reasonable period of time, as soon as the customer notifies us of the lack of conformity.
Minor defects in the packaging that do not affect the functionality of the product will also not be considered a defect or damage for claims.
Shipping Policy

Calzado Barefoot offers you the option of picking up your order free of charge, at a collection point, located at Av. de Fermín Bouza Brey, 4, Ponteareas, Pontevedra (Informática Condado).
Delivery in Tui
Orders placed in the 36700 zip code of Tui (Pontevedra) will be delivered to the address indicated at no cost.
Delivery times
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (national holidays in Spain, regional holidays in Galicia and local holidays in Tui). Urgent shipments will be sent the same day as long as they are made before 11:00 h. (Spanish peninsular time).
Approximate delivery times, in business days Monday through Friday, from the time the order is shipped are:

- We cannot guarantee an approximate delivery time, since long-distance shipments depend on the transport company’s management.
IMPORTANT: Delivery times and schedules are approximate and do not entitle the customer to a refund of the shipping cost, as Calzado Barefoot is not directly responsible for the transport service. We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure or unforeseen events. Although most deliveries are made within the indicated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to data entry errors, adverse weather conditions, high order volumes, etc. In such cases, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. Furthermore, delivery times also depend on third parties; therefore, we cannot be held responsible for strikes, closures, accidents, or other force majeure events that may prevent timely delivery.
Return and exchange policy
Item changes
We do not make changes of size and/or model, because it is difficult to guarantee the availability of stock at all times. If you need another size or color you will have to make a new purchase and process a return of the item you do not want.
Return and Withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods to return them.

The products in liquidation with aesthetic defects or defects, indicated in its product card, cannot be returned.
All payments received will be refunded, including the initial shipping costs (if any). Only the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Discounted products have special return conditions due to their reduced cost and low commercial margin.
Returns of the same order, up to two pairs of shoes, will have a cost of:

Balearic Islands:
Pick up at home or drop off at pick up point: 6 €.

Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Madeira:

Peninsular Portugal:
Pick up at home or drop off at pick up point: 6 €.

Other European Destinations:
Pick up at home or drop off at pick up point: 15 €.

Remarks:
- For each additional pair, 2 € will be added to the initial cost.
- If you return the same order in separate shipments, you will be charged the return shipping cost for each shipment.
- If you return several different orders in the same package, each order will be handled and invoiced separately.
- Initial shipping costs, if any, will only be refunded on the first return of the same order.
IMPORTANT
The product must be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, unmodified and unaltered.
It must keep labels, accessories and original packaging in good condition.
The original boxshould be free of tapes, labels or damage.It should be properly wrapped to protect it during transport.
In case of non-compliance, the refund will not be accepted.
*It is important to clarify that these damages must be attributable to the customer and not to the transportation company.
Otherwise, we reserve the right to refund the purchase or to deduct the amount of any depreciation that the product may have suffered.
Cases in which no refund is charged
If you receive a defective or wrong product, no charge will be applied. Defects or non-conformities must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order.
Promotions
If the return concerns an order with promotions (gifts, additional discounts, etc.), the promotional product must also be returned. Otherwise, the amount will be deducted from the refund.
Reimbursement
Once the goods have been received and checked, the amount of the product (and, if applicable, the shipping costs) will be paid within a maximum of 14 working days.
In case of payment by bank transfer or deposit, it will be necessary to provide an account number.
In case of repeated returns by the same customer, Calzado Barefoot reserves the right not to accept future orders.
Rebates in the form of a promotional code
If the customer chooses a refund via promotional code, the next order will be shipped free of charge (Peninsula and Balearic Islands only).
This benefit is valid only once, and only on the first order in which the code is used.
If the cancellation of the code is subsequently requested for a financial refund, the right to free shipping will also be cancelled.
Returns at specific points
- Ponteareas (Pontevedra): before coming, please send an email to devoluciones@calzadobarefoot.com indicating your order number.
- Orders with zip code 36700 (Tui, Pontevedra): you must send an email to devoluciones@calzadobarefoot.com with your order number.
Late returns
No returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
Once the return has been requested, the shipment must be made within 14 calendar days.
If this deadline is not met, the refund will not be accepted and a penalty of €1 may be applied.
Returns not accepted
If we receive late or non-compliant items, the customer will be notified to pay for the cost of pickup and return.
If no reply is received, the products will be stored for a maximum period of 1 year, in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Civil Code on prescription of actions (art. 1968). After this time, the customer will lose the right to claim the goods.
Package returned due to delivery problems
In case your package has not been picked up within the time stipulated by the carrier, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once received, it will be processed in the same way as a return and the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Likewise, if the package is returned for any of the following reasons:
- Incomplete or erroneous delivery address provided by the customer.
- Explicit refusal of the package at the time of delivery.
- Repeated absence of the addressee, preventing its delivery within the term established by the transport company.
The same procedure will apply: the order will be considered returned and the corresponding amount will be refunded.
If you request a new shipment, you will have to pay the corresponding amount.
Shoe measurement
The shoe measurement service is free of charge, but 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed due to production variations. These small deviations do not entitle you to a free refund.
Damage during transport
If the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you inform us the same day you receive the goods and note the incident on the carrier’s delivery note.
Cancellation or modification
The customer may cancel or modify his order, as long as it has not left our facilities. You must inform us of the changes you wish to make.
To do so, you should contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@calzadobarefoot.com indicating the order number and the changes you wish to make.

Confidentiality
All the information and documentation used during the contracting, development and execution of the services that regulate the relations between Calzado Barefoot and the Client.
All information received from the customer, whether images, emails, texts, access data such as customers and passwords, will be treated confidentially, being totally forbidden the transfer to third parties.
Confidential information shall not be understood to be that which is disclosed by agreement between the Parties, that which becomes public for the same reason or that which must be disclosed in accordance with the law or with a judicial decision of a competent authority and that which is obtained by a third party who is not under any obligation of confidentiality. Both parties undertake to comply with the duty of confidentiality indefinitely.

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Calzado Barefoot from claims, losses, expenses, damages, costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from any breach by the Customer of these Terms, whether or not considered material or immaterial; the misuse of the Services by you or any person acting on your behalf or using your account at Calzado Barefoot or for any material or immaterial breach of any right, title or interest of any third party.
Calzado Barefoot shall not be liable for any consequence or damage that may arise from the improper use of the products supplied.
Product images
The colors of the products may vary slightly in relation to the model of the image on the product sheet.
Variations in color may be the result of different lighting conditions when taking photographs, as well as the characteristics and settings of your display. In addition, although the dye may be the same for all products, it may not reflect in the same way on all leathers or fabrics.
Calzado Barefoot is not responsible for these variations.
Size guide
Measuring shoes is a free service that we are pleased to offer, however, we cannot offer a 100% guarantee as there is no standardized science to measuring shoes and there can always be production related deviations. Therefore, deviations do not entitle you to a free refund.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Calzado Barefoot and the Client shall be governed, to settle any dispute that may arise from access to or use of this website, by Spanish law, and shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Pontevedra.
