How to measure your child’s foot

To choose the right size for your little one, it is essential to know how to measure the foot correctly, because in addition to the length, it is also important the width so that their toes can move freely. To do this:

  1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor and have your child stand on it.
  2. Draw the outline of the feet by placing the pencil at a 90º angle.
  3. Measure the length (from the longest toe to the heel) and the width (around the metatarsal area).

Measuring the foot for first steps and walking for beginners

You must add 8 mm to the length and 3 mm to the width of the larger foot.

And for steady running

You must add 1 to 1.2 cm in length and 3 mm in width to the measurements of the larger foot.
