We do not make size and/or model exchanges, as it is difficult to guarantee stock availability at all times. If you need another size or color, you must make a new purchase and process the return of the item you do not want.
Free shipping for orders over €50 in Spain and €60 in Portugal.
For other destinations, we leave you our shipping policy.
You have 14 calendar days from when you receive the items to make the return.
If you want to initiate a return, you must do it through our returns portal: RETURNS PORTAL
All payments received will be refunded, including the initial shipping costs (if any). Only the costs of the return shipping will be deducted.
No return will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (the product must be sent within 14 days).
The product must arrive in perfect condition (not used, not washed, with its labels, without alterations) in its original packaging, and must be returned in a way that ensures protection. If a return is received without protection (bag or box) with the Correos label directly attached to it, the return will not be accepted.

In the shopping cart, you must select the shipping option Pick up at Correos office and select from a list the office you want.
To check your accumulated points, you need to register in the customer area with your email.
Once registered, you can check the value of your points in the My points section.
Discounts applied using points obtained from subsequently returned orders will be deducted from the refunded amount.
