Calzado Barefoot is committed to transparency and clarity in the commercial transactions carried out on this portal, so we recommend that before contracting any of the products on our website, read these conditions and the terms that apply to the provision of services offered by Calzado Barefoot.
SALES CONDITIONS
These Contractual Conditions regulate the use of the online store www.calzadobarefoot.com.
These conditions will be accepted by the parties without reservation and may be modified at any time and without prior notice, so it will be the User’s responsibility to read them each time they make a purchase, as the conditions in force at the time of the contract will be those that apply.

USER ACCOUNT AND ERROR CORRECTION

If you make the purchase as a “guest”, personal data will not be stored on the website, nor will you be able to check the order history. Personal data will only be kept for the management and delivery of the requested products.

Failure to do so constitutes a violation of the terms, which may result in the dissolution of the contract with Calzado Barefoot.
From the moment of acceptance, the customer acquires the status of Calzado Barefoot Customer.
Once the purchase has been made and the payment has been made, Calzado Barefoot will send you an order confirmation by email. If you do not agree with the data recorded in such confirmation, you may request the modification of the same or the cancellation of the order through the email info@calzadobarefoot.com, as long as the order has not been sent.
The validation of the order by the customer implies the knowledge and acceptance of these particular conditions of contracting as part of the celebration of the contract. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by the website shoesbarefoot.com constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between Calzado Barefoot and its customers.
PRICES
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order including, where applicable, all of them VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Orders placed from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla may be subject to customs charges upon the arrival of the shipment at the destination. These costs do not go to Calzado Barefoot, nor are they our responsibility, so we cannot take charge or know exactly the amount to be paid upon receipt of an order.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment will always be 100% upfront of the order and shipment will be made after payment confirmation. The customer agrees to pay for the products contracted on the calzadobarefoot.com site in the ways accepted by Calzado Barefoot.
When making the payment, the calzadobarefoot.com site will redirect to the selected payment gateway, according to the different forms of payment accepted, not accepting any other form of payment:

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express cards will be accepted through Paypal’s SSL secure payment gateway, and immediately.

You must follow the gateway instructions to complete the payment.
- PayPal
Through PayPal, the order payment will be authorized, but no money will be withdrawn until PayPal verifies that it is correct.
- Bank Transfer
You will need to make a transfer of the total order amount using your electronic banking application or directly deposit into our bank account ES3701821795480201596896 with the order number as the reference. If within 3 days the payment is not reflected, the order will be canceled.
After receiving the payment in our bank account, we will proceed with the shipment.
- Klarna Pay in 3
Pay in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of the purchase over 3 installments. Each installment will be automatically charged to the debit or credit card registered at checkout. The first installment is charged when Calzado Barefoot sends your order, followed by the second and third installments, which will be charged 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
If it becomes necessary to make any return or cancellation of the order, the amount will be refunded through the same means of payment. Both personal and banking data will be protected with all the security measures established by the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD) with total confidentiality.
VALIDITY OF PRICES AND OFFERS
The products offered on the website, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are in the product catalog displayed on the website. Customers are requested to access updated versions of the website to avoid errors in prices.
Calzado Barefoot reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a manifest error in the setting of the price that appears on the product sheet, the price established for said product in the informative email that we will provide you when we detect the error will prevail.
DISCOUNT COUPONS
Coupons or discount codes are for individual use and not cumulative and subject to the indicated validity dates. Calzado Barefoot reserves the right to cancel any promotion if it is considered that an abusive or inappropriate use of them is being made.
POINTS PROGRAM
Calzado Barefoot offers customers who place orders a points program. You must be registered as a user for the points associated with the purchases made to be assigned to you. It is also possible to create an account at the time of purchase.
The conditions of this program are as follows:
- All products will be eligible for obtaining points, including the amount corresponding to VAT, but not the amount corresponding to shipping costs.
- Discounted products do not earn points.
- The points obtained can be consulted in the “Customer Area”.
- To be able to use the points, you must be registered and logged in on the website.
- The points obtained have a validity of 6 months.
- Cannot be used on discounted products.
- In the event of cancellation, partial return, or full refund, the points equivalent to the amount of the return will be deducted from the points obtained in the initial purchase.
- Discounts applied using points obtained from orders that are later returned will be deducted from the reimbursed amount.
- The customer will accumulate points in their account with eligible purchases.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS
Deliveries will be made to the address indicated in the order, by the chosen shipping method, and within the indicated timeframe. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package and it is signed for as received.
The customer must inspect the products within the first 24 hours after delivery and, if any defects in the products are observed or any other incident related to the delivery occurs, they must notify it in as much detail as possible to the email address info@calzadobarefoot.com.
In case of possible setbacks in the shipment, you should contact us through our email info@calzadobarefoot.com. You should explain the issue with the shipment, always indicating the order number.
If the customer does not make any notification, it will be assumed that the products are in accordance with the contract and free of any defects, and consequently, it will be considered that the customer has accepted the products.
The customer must reject packages that are delivered damaged or show signs of having been damaged during transport. Under no circumstances will Calzado Barefoot take responsibility for a package that presents damages of any kind and has been accepted by the customer.
Calzado Barefoot will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be made because the shipping data provided are inaccurate or incomplete, or when the delivery cannot be carried out due to reasons beyond the shipping company.
Under no circumstances will Calzado Barefoot take responsibility for a package that presents damages of any kind and has been accepted by the customer.
WARRANTY AND DEFECTS POLICY
Calzado Barefootinforms the Customer of the existence of a legal warranty (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) on the products we market through this website, in the terms legally established for each type of product, therefore responding to the lack of conformity of the same that is manifested within a period of two years from the delivery of the product taking into account the nature of the marketed good and informing of the lack of conformity within a period of two months since it became aware of it. In this regard, if any of the products are not in accordance with the contract, you must inform us.
Any misuse or wear of the footwear, as well as handling and breakage, caused directly by the user and/or end consumer of the product, will be excluded from the warranty.
Any minor imperfection that does not affect the structural integrity of the footwear will not be considered a manufacturing defect or a faulty product.
In the case of a defective product, we will proceed with the replacement, price reduction, or issuance of a coupon for the amount corresponding to the price, as applicable. Replacement with an identical product (if possible) will be free for the customer and must be carried out within a reasonable time, from the Customer’s notification of the lack of conformity.
Minor defects in the packaging that do not affect the functionality of the product will also not be considered a defect or damage for claims.
SHIPPING POLICY
Any order made on the calzadobarefoot.com site will be prepared and shipped within 24/48 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, vacation periods, and force majeure cases).
Payments by bank transfer will be processed after payment verification.
Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands
- Automatic Calculation: Shipping costs are calculated by entering the postal code on the shopping cart page. Both for home delivery (home-home) and collection point (home-office). If a collection point is not selected, the delivery application will automatically select the one closest to your home.

Customs Information:
All shipments may be subject to inspection by Mexican customs authorities.
The prices of the products and shipping do not include taxes or duties. Additional costs that may be applied by the Mexican customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receiving the package.
All shoe models available on our website can be shipped without issue, except for the categories of Socks and Insoles.
DELIVERY AT PICK-UP POINT (Ponteareas)
Calzado Barefoot offers you the option to pick up your order at no cost, at a pick-up point located at Av. de Fermín Bouza Brey, 4, Ponteareas, Pontevedra (Informática Condado).
DELIVERY IN TUI
Orders made in the postal code 36700 of Tui (Pontevedra) will be delivered to the indicated address at no cost.
DELIVERY TIMES
Our orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, non-holidays (national holidays in Spain, regional holidays in Galicia, and local holidays in Tui are considered). Urgent shipments will be sent on the same day as long as they are made before 11:00 a.m. (peninsular time of Spain).
The approximate delivery times, on working days from Monday to Friday, from the shipment of the order are:

- Standard home delivery: 48 hours
- Urgent shipment: 24 hours
Balearic Islands:
- Pick up point collection: 96 hours
- Standard home delivery: 72 hours

Peninsular Portugal:
- Pick up point collection: 72 hours
- Standard home delivery: 48 hours
- Urgent shipment: 24 hours
Other Countries
- We cannot guarantee approximate times, as, being long-distance shipments, it will depend on the management of the transport company.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for the non-fulfillment or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. Although most deliveries are made within the indicated timeframe, occasionally, delays may occur due to data transcription errors, adverse weather conditions, dates with a high volume of orders, etc. In such cases, you should contact us to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Furthermore, meeting the deadlines also depends on external third parties, so we are not responsible for strikes, closures, accidents, or other force majeure causes that prevent their fulfillment.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
Item exchanges
We do not make size and/or model exchanges, as it is difficult to guarantee stock availability at all times. If you need another size or color, you must make a new purchase and process a return of the item you do not want.
Return and Withdrawal:
You have 14 calendar days from when you receive the items to make the return.

All payments received will be refunded, including initial shipping costs (if any). Only the costs of the return shipment will be deducted.
Returns from the same order, up to two pairs of shoes, will have a cost of:

- Balearic Islands:

- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
– Home collection or drop-off at pick-up point: 15€
- Mainland Portugal:
– Home collection or deposit at pick-up point: 5€
- Other European Countries:
– Home collection or deposit at pick-up point: 10€
- México:
– Home collection or drop-off at pick-up point: 29€
For each additional pair of shoes, €2 will be added to the initial cost of the return.
Even if you return several pairs from different orders in the same shipment, the return costs for each order will be treated independently, as we have to manage the return and refund of each order separately.

Initial shipping costs, if any, will only be refunded on the first return of the same order.
IMPORTANT
It is essential that the product is returned in perfect condition, i.e., without having been used, washed, modified, or altered in any way, and with all original labels and accessories in place. Similarly, the original box or packaging must be returned in optimal condition, without marks, breaks, or labels/tapes attached directly to it.
It is required that the box be properly wrapped to ensure correct protection during transportation. Otherwise, if the return is received without protection and with the Post Office label attached directly to the original product box, unfortunately, the return WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance to ensure effective management of the product return.
*It is important to clarify that these damages must be attributable to the customer and not to the transport company.
Otherwise, we reserve the right to refund the purchase or to deduct the amount of depreciation that the product may have suffered.
If the reason for the return is due to a product received in poor condition or defective, or because you have received a product that is not what you ordered, no charge will be deducted for the return. Any damage, defect, or lack of conformity with the received order must be communicated immediately, as soon as you receive it, so you should check the shoes as soon as you receive them.
If the customer exercises their right of return and withdrawal of any item that led to the obtaining of any promotion, such as gifts, additional discounts, etc., the items belonging to that promotion would have to be returned along with the item(s) on which the customer exercises the right of return, otherwise, the corresponding amount for the unreturned items, as well as the relevant shipping costs, would be deducted.
Once we have verified that the goods are in perfect condition, the amount of the product and, if applicable, the shipping costs will be refunded within a maximum period of 14 working days from the receipt of the goods at our facilities. In the case of payment by bank transfer or deposit, we will request the account number to credit the said amount.
If the customer has chosen delivery to a pick-up point and the package is returned due to non-collection by the customer, such return will be treated as a return.
In case of repeated returns by the same customer, Calzado Barefoot reserves the right not to make new shipments to the customer.
Measuring shoes is a free service we are pleased to offer, however, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee, as there is no standardized science for measuring shoes and there can always be deviations related to production. Therefore, deviations do not entitle to a free return.
Returns at Ponteareas pick-up point (Pontevedra)
Before making a return at the Ponteareas pickup point, you must send us an email to devoluciones@calzadobarefoot.com indicating the order number.
Returns of orders from postal code 36700 Tui
Before making a return of an order from postal code 36700 Tui (Pontevedra), you must send us an email to devoluciones@calzadobarefoot.com indicating the order number.
Late Returns
No return will be accepted after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
Once the return is requested, you have another 14 calendar days to send the package. If the shipment is not made within the specified period, RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. After this period, the label will be canceled and it may not be accepted and if it is, a penalty of €1 will be applied.
Returns Not Accepted
If we receive items that do not meet the return terms and/or are out of time, we will communicate with you to indicate how to proceed with the payment for the collection and new shipment to send them back to you.
An email will be sent communicating the reason why the return is not accepted, indicating the method and the amount you must pay to proceed with the shipment of your goods. If we do not receive a response from you, we will keep your products for 1 year. After this time, the right to claim it is lost, as stipulated by law.
Expired Package at Pick Up Point and Return due to Incomplete Address
If your package has not been picked up within the time stipulated by the transport company, it will be returned to our warehouses. Once received, it will be processed as a return and the corresponding amount will be refunded.
If a package is returned to our facilities because you have not properly completed the delivery address, it will be processed as a return and the corresponding amount will be refunded. If you request a new shipment, you must pay the corresponding amount for it.
Damage During Transport
When the product has been damaged during transport, it is essential that you inform us on the same day that you receive the goods and note the incident on the carrier’s delivery note.
Cancellation or Modification
The customer may cancel or modify their order, as long as it has not left our facilities. You must inform us of the changes you wish to make.
To do this, you should contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@calzadobarefoot.com indicating the order number and the modifications you wish to make.

All information and documentation used during the contracting, development, and execution of the services that regulate the relationships between Calzado Barefoot and the Customer are confidential.
All information received from the customer, whether images, emails, texts, access data as customers, and passwords, will be treated confidentially, with the transfer to third parties being totally prohibited.
Information will not be considered confidential that is disclosed by agreement between the Parties, that which becomes public for the same reason, that which must be revealed according to the laws or with a judicial resolution of a competent authority, and that which is obtained by a third party who is not under any obligation of confidentiality. Both parties are obliged to fulfill the duty of confidentiality indefinitely.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PRODUCT IMAGES
The colors of the products may vary slightly in relation to the model of the image found on the product sheet.
Variations in color may be the result of different lighting conditions when taking the photographs, as well as the characteristics and settings of your screen. Additionally, it is possible that, although the dye is the same for all products, it may not reflect in the same way on all skins or fabrics.
Calzado Barefoot is not responsible for these variations.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAWS
Calzado Barefoot and the Client will be governed, to settle any dispute that may arise from access or use of this website, by Spanish legislation, and will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Pontevedra.
